Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of BuildRevu. Please read them carefully before using the service.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

BuildRevu is operated by Aeas Concept Project Management Service ("we", "us", "our"). When you create an account or use the service, you are entering into an agreement with Aeas Concept Project Management Service. You can reach us at hello@buildrevu.com.

Registered address: Office No. 202, Pinnacle Building, Al Barsha First, Dubai, U.A.E.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using BuildRevu on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.

3. The service

BuildRevu is a web-based platform for managing construction project correspondence and approvals: document and drawing submissions, revision history, RFIs, inspection requests, instructions, letters and memos, snagging and non-conformance records, meeting minutes, and the reports generated from them.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected and the user, project and storage limits of that plan.

4. Accounts and accurate information

Access is invitation-based and scoped by role. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must provide accurate registration and organisation information and keep it up to date, since this information appears on issued records and generated reports.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
  • use it for fraud, spam, or misrepresentation of who issued or approved a record;
  • upload or distribute content that infringes another party's intellectual property or confidentiality rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, penetration testing without written permission, scraping, or circumventing access controls, rate limits or plan limits;
  • reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the service; or
  • attempt to access projects, organisations or records you have not been granted access to.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, including the software, database structures, documentation, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain all rights in the content you upload — your documents, drawings, comments, approvals and project data. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, transmit and display that content solely to provide, secure and support the service.

7. Project data custody and multi-party records

BuildRevu is a multi-party project platform. Whichever organisation holds or pays for the subscription, each participating organisation — employer or client, lead consultant, and contractor — keeps ownership of its own submissions, authored correspondence and intellectual property.

Once a document, drawing revision, request for information, inspection request, non-conformance report, letter or daily site record has been issued to other parties on a project, it forms part of the joint project record. No single party, including the paying subscriber, may unilaterally delete, alter or withhold access to records already issued to others.

Where a commercial disagreement, suspension or termination arises between project parties, including under FIDIC conditions of contract:

  • the paying subscriber may not revoke access to, or destroy, records of work already executed or correspondence already exchanged;
  • BuildRevu acts as a neutral custodian and processor of project data and takes no position in disputes between project parties;
  • on request, or where a subscription lapses, each authorised project organisation is given an export window of at least 30 days to take a full copy of its registers, audit trails and document archive; and
  • statutory quality, safety and completion records required by regulatory authorities are protected from arbitrary deletion during that period.

This section describes custody of data held on the platform. It does not vary the intellectual property, licence or record-keeping obligations set out in the parties' own contracts.

8. AI-assisted features

Some features use automated or AI assistance to summarise documents and drawings. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on as engineering, legal or professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing content, for the prompts and content you submit, and for holding the rights to any material you upload. Formal approvals and decisions remain the responsibility of the authorised person who issues them.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Fees, payment and subscriptions

Subscription plans and terms are shown on our pricing page. Subscription terms are paid upfront for the term selected.

Payment, billing, invoicing, applicable taxes, cancellations and refunds are handled by our reseller, Paddle. Those mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment — a 30-day money-back guarantee — is set out in our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • you materially breach these terms;
  • payment for your subscription is not received;
  • there is a credible security, fraud or legal risk arising from the account; or
  • there are repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use rules above.

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription. On termination, access ends and you may export your project data for 30 days, after which we may delete or anonymise it in line with our Privacy Notice and any legal retention obligations.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

14. General

  • Assignment: you may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure: neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
  • Governing law and venue: these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is established, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
