Refund Policy

If BuildRevu is not right for your project, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first purchase of a subscription term and to renewals of that term.

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to find your order and request a refund.
• Or email us at hello@buildrevu.com with your order details and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds on our behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request — use one of the routes above if you want your payment returned.

After a refund or cancellation you can export your registers, reports and correspondence for 30 days before the account is closed, so you always keep a copy of your project record.
