Monitor active hazards, days without lost-time injury, open permits, overdue actions and recent incidents.
Permits to work
Route risk-assessed permits to the reviewing organisation's HSE Manager and track live permits by work zone.
Incidents, hazards and CAPA
Link corrective actions to hazards, incidents and audits, track them on a board or register, and escalate overdue work into meetings.
Audits and worker compliance
Run reusable safety checklists and monitor induction, medical, training and trade certificates.
Commercial & cost
Control the budget, variations, payment certificates and contractual claims on one record.
Cost plan and contracts
The cost consultant uploads the budget by trade and cost code from Excel; the lead consultant reviews and the client approves the live revision.
Variation orders
Raised by the contracting party, assessed by the QS with recommended amount and days, then approved by the client and reflected in the forecast.
Payment certificates
Interim applications with retention, advance recovery and VAT, certified by the QS and tracked through client approval to payment.
Notices and claims
