About BuildRevu

BuildRevu started from a simple frustration: on most projects, the record of what was submitted and what was approved lives in email threads and spreadsheets. When a question comes up two years later, nobody can answer it with confidence.

So we built the register, the submission workflow, the review tools and the approval trail as one system — where the document number, the revision, the comments and the final status are all attached to the same record.

What we hold to

One source of truth for revisions

Sequential R-numbers, immutable document numbers, and a hard gate that stops a new revision while the last one is still open.

Auditable approvals

Reviewer opinions and manager decisions are stored separately, with who decided what, when, and on which version.

Role-scoped access

Every read and write is scoped by workspace role and project membership, enforced in the database rather than the interface.

Invitation-only workspaces

People join because an admin invited them to an organization and a project — never through an open sign-up form.
